What happens to the information you share with us.

When you contact us

Our inquiry form asks for your name and email address. You can also share your priority and choose a service or package you are interested in. We use that information to review your inquiry, respond and discuss the help you requested. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or private information about your customers through the form.

Who receives your message

Jake Calle and Jake Tripp receive inquiry notifications by email. We use Resend to deliver those notifications and your confirmation email. An inquiry excerpt also goes to our internal Slack channel so our team can follow up.

These services and our email providers process information to deliver and store messages. Our website runs on Cloudflare, which handles network and security information such as IP addresses. The form uses your IP address and a derived email identifier to limit repeated submissions and confirmation emails.

Reading and using this website

You can read our articles and use the current starting-point guide without sending us personal details. The website does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics. Its demonstration tools do not send their example content to AI providers.

The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. The Pause motion control changes the current page; it does not create an account or store your choice in browser storage. Your browser may separately offer features such as form autofill.

Records and privacy requests

Inquiry messages and follow-up correspondence may remain in our email and Slack records and in service-provider records. How long a record is needed depends on the inquiry, any work that follows and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

To ask about information you shared, request a correction or request deletion, email noreply@two4six.marketing. Despite its name, this address accepts replies and forwards them to our team. We will review your request and explain any information we need to verify it or any limits that apply.
